Our name may be ULI Philadelphia, but we cover a much greater
region. Our nearly 1,000 members provide leadership in the
responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving
communities throughout the eastern half of
Pennsylvania, the southern half of New
Jersey, and the State of
Delaware.
Around the country, ULI has become the most respected and
significant land use and development organization in our industry.
Established in 1936, ULI is a "university without
walls" -- a non-profit education and research institute with more than
34,000 members throughout the world, representing the entire spectrum of
the land use and development disciplines across both the private and
public sectors. Our members include developers, builders, property
owners, investors, architects, planners, real estate brokers,
financiers, appraisers, attorneys, engineers, financiers, public
officials, academics, students, and librarians.
When you join ULI, you become part of a worldwide network of
land use professionals, with access to conferences and education around
the globe. New members receive a 40% discount on their initial
order from the renowned ULI Bookstore -- a benefit worth
the cost of membership alone.
ULI globally and locally has
made tremendous strides over the past several years and grown into a
dynamic, relevant and vital organization. We continue to build on
a strong foundation of terrific programming and significant community
outreach with several new initiatives on infrastructure, public policy,
and special programming such our recent sold-out “Emerging Trends
in Real Estate 2007” forum and an exclusive presentation on
America’s place in world economics – given recently to our
Full/Product Council Members by the Chief Economist of The Royal Bank of
Scotland Group. Click Here to download the presentation. (PPT
